Refund and Returns Policy

All products and services are initially downloaded from the MyCRM Download Centre for a 14 day trial period; any customer using any version of Microsoft CRM 2011 may test and download as many products as they wish, but may only have a single trial of each product.

After the trial period (14 days) licence keys will automatically suspend until payment is received, a customer at any point before, during or after a trial period can purchase a licence key for a selected product

Should a purchase be made incorrectly or a refund is required then MyCRM will honour all refund requests for software products and refund up to 1 month of any paid monthly service.

To make a refund request please complete the form via My Account making sure you include the payment ID of the WorldPay transaction along with licence key for the software product that requires refund.

Once a refund is made any licence key associated to the refund will be suspended and set to expire so installed product will no longer work, MyCRM do not accept any liability for expired product and it is accepted that administrator should remove expired solutions if no longer required.


Please Note we can only refund money to a card initially used for the purchase of the product, please do not ask for refunds to a different card, credit card of alternative bank
