Getting Started with MyCRM

It has never bean easier to plug and play the MyCRM productivity enhancements into an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Below are the initial steps to help you get started to improving user adoption, and gaining great cost effective functionality

1. Firstly, create an account with MyCRM. Please select Login / Register at the top of the page.
2. Confirm your email address from the Welcome email we will have sent you
3. After deciding which product you would like to trial, click Get Trial, then select the version of your Microsoft Dynamics from the menu.
4. Import the solution into your Microsoft Dynamics instance through solutions (Administrator Role is required)
5. Once the Download Centre Application is installed, navigate to MyCRM in your Microsoft Dynamics instance and install the product trial. Follow the steps on the install wizard.
